Man Wanted for Infant Sons Death Turns Himself into Bensalem Authorities

Daniel Howarth turned himself into Besnsalem authorities Wednesday as he is charged with involuntary manslaughter and related offenses in the death of his four-month old son.

Howarth obtained an attorney who instructed him to turn himself in on the warrant, police said.

He was arraigned by District Judge Joseph Falcone who set his bail at 10 percent of $10 million and he was sent to Bucks County Correctional Facility.

Howarth is next scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on April 28.
