Cops: Humeville Man In Police Custody Has GA Warrant for Multiple Counts of Sodomy

A Humeville man in Bucks County Jail on strangulation related charges,  Falls Township Police said Wednesday, has an arrest warrant out of Georgia for rape, molestation, and related offenses.

Elias Rivera, 18, was originally arrested and jailed in June, Lower Bucks Source’s Joanne Ames reported for  domestic-related strangulation and assault charges.

Following a  preliminary hearing on that case Lt Chris Clark said, we learned he had a warrant out of Spalding County, GA for rape, and molestation offenses.

Corporal Nicholas Pinto, Clark said, took him into custody and had him preliminarily arraigned by Judge Galloway who sent him to Bucks County Prison without bail,  to await extradition back to Georgia to await his fate on the more serious criminal allegations.

According to the Spalding County Court Records, Rivera allegedly sodomized a female minor over approximately  4 1/2 period of time beginning in May of 2018 and ending December of  2022. Rivera’s warrant was sworn out about 25 days ago by Georgia authorities.

On May 31, just before midnight southbound Route 1 just south of Route 32, Falls Police observed a continuing argument  identified  Rivera, 19 of Hulmeville was having with the victim when he allegedly grabber her by the neck with his left hand and began to choke her. He then started choking her with both hands. The victim tried to stop the choking by taking her keys and hitting him. She struck him in the face, causing a small cut under his left eye, police said

On the victim’s neck, there was black and blue bruises on the left side and scratches on the right side. These injuries caused her pain and she was evaluated on the scene by the paramedics, said police.

Rivera will spend his 19th birthday, two weeks from today, as an accused woman beater and rapist in police custody.
