The woman who called in this morning’s fire in Langhorne was located by firefighters moments after she lost consciousness and was rescued by first responders from a second floor bedroom with help from 911, police, and firefighters at the scene.

An unidentified first responder source shared the closely held information with Lower Bucks Source shortly after the blaze at three story residential home was brought under control. Penndel-Middletown Fire Chief Frank Farry mentioned firefighters rescued individuals from the burning building without specifically mentioning the team work between the operations center and firefighters on the ground.

The source said dispatchers, police, and fire personnel “all worked together to get that” to rescue that woman from further harm.

The first responder source said, imagine being the 911 operator on the phone, the caller passes out, and they can hear firefighters taking the door down and the radios getting louder and the the firefighters find the unconscious woman and get her out. In firefighting, that’s as big as it gets and why we do the job we do.

Those reports became were confirmed by a social media post from the Parkland Fire Company a short while ago.
