First Responders Knock Back House Fire in Indian Creek

A house fire damaged an Indian Creek home early Saturday morning.

The fire occurred on Ice Pond Road as first responders were dispatched around 2 am, officials said.

No one was home when the fire broke out

Firefighters from Levittown 2, Edgely, Third District, William Penn, Newportville and Newport fire companies were on scene. Arriving fire crews found fire on first and second floors, Levittown #2 Fire Company officials said.

The fire was placed under control within 30 minutes with no injuries reported.

The Bristol Township Fire Marshal’s office is investigating the cause of the blaze and said the dwelling “suffered heavy damage.”

It is the third house fire in the Levittown area in the last six days.
