Bensalem Police arrested a father and son team on child porn charges Thursday
According to the criminal docket, Bensalem PD Detective Ryan Kolb was made aware of a cyber tip that came from the (NCMEC) National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, on Sep. 5th 2025.
This cybertip came from Microsoft Bing, which indicated that an individual had been utilizing that platform to attempt to obtain child pornography. The IP address for the device the individual had been using traced back to the Salem Crossing Apartments on 3550 Old Street Rd, #H1.
Though and investigation police determined that the apartment belong to 59 year old Raul Sandoval Sr.
On Thursday March 12, Bensalem police executed a search warrant at that resident, in which Sandoval Sr.’s phone was seized.
A forensic examination was conducted on his phone and found multiple files depicting apparent child pornography with over 100 images of females approximately 6-12 years old posing nude with some showing prepubescent females engaging in sex with males. An examination of the father’s phone revealed multiple images of child pornography, with images of a female approximately 10-11 years old nude, and images of a prepubescent female having sex with an adult male.
On Thursday, April 2, 2026, Raul Sandoval Sr. and Raul Sandoval Jr. turned themselves in to the Bensalem Police. Father and son were arraigned by District Justice Michael Gallagher and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility after bail was set at 10% of $2,000,000 each
They are due back in court on April 16.
