Bensalem Man Charged for Son’s Death Still on the Lam

The Bensalem man accused of causing his infant son’s death is still on the lam and Bensalem Police are searching for hom.

As reported last week, Daniel Howarth, along with the mother of the infant and the child’s grandmother were all charged for his death.

An autopsy of the infant revealed the presence of fentanyl in the child’s blood and the cause of death was determined to be “Adverse Effects of Fentanyl,” by the county coroners office

Howarth, however, is still free, according to court records reviewed Sunday evening. An active arrest warrant for him was filed by Bensalem Police last week. 

Donna Westmoreland was charged with child endangerment.  She was arraigned by District Justice Joseph Falcone on last week and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10% of $150,000 bail.

Felicity Westmoreland was charged last week and remanded to Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10% of $10 Million bail.
