Bensalem Police Arrest Levittown Man For Sharing Inappropriate Photos with Minor

Bensalem Police have arrested a Levittown man for sharing inappropriate photos with a child.

According to the criminal complaint, police were made aware of suspect Nicholas Boeggeman, 33, who was currently living at Bensalem address  with a woman who has a minor daughter.

According to police, it was reported to them Boeggeman would allegedly show the minor pornography on his cellular phone, while the victim’s mother was at work, and she was home alone with the suspect and her younger sibling.

Police were informed of anther incident where Boeggeman showed the victim a close-up of  male and female genitalia, when the victim was 10

The mother of the victim reported to police that while she did consent to similar photos or videos being taken by Boeggeman in the past, she did not consent to it being shared with anyone present day, let alone her daughter.

According to the criminal complaint, the victim’s mother showed police text exchanges she had  with Boeggeman from April 2026, in which the victim’s mother accuses Boeggeman of showing the child pornography.

In those texts Boeggeman, according to court records, apologized, stated that he had been using Suboxone at the time and doesn’t recall the incident.

Boeggeman was arraigned by District Judge Michael Gallagher, charged with two felony counts of disseminating explicit sexual material to a minor, corruption of minors and related offenses. He posted the required $50,000,00 bail and was released the same day he was arrested ( Sept 2). He is represented by Jan Carl Grossman, Esq and is due back in court on September 15 for a preliminary hearing.
