Bensalem Welcomes Back Police Officer

A Bensalem Police officer was welcomed back to work by local officials this week.

After enduing a nine month battle with Covid given a 1% chance of survival when he was placed on a ventilator, Officer George Litvinenko came back to work.

Mayor DiGirolamo, Director McVey and all of the Bensalem Township police officers welcomed him back.

“We are proud to call him one of our own.  We wish him a long, healthy and safe career and look forward to working along side him once again.  Welcome Back George!” officials said in a official announcement.
