Bucks Courts to Mandate Mask Wearing Again beginning Monday

Plan on wearing a mask again if you have to visit any court in Bucks County beginning Monday.

President Judge Walllace H. Bateman Jr, made the announcement Friday in advance of the mask implementation taking place beginning next week.

The full emergency order reads: Beginning Monday August 9, EVERYONE visiting any Bucks County Court (including District Courts) MUST WEAR A MASK.
This includes vaccinated and Unvaccinated persons by order of the President Judge.
With a reported uptick in county COVID-19 infections recently government is trying maintain openings at same time as trying to facilitate infection spread.
It is up to the discretion of the Judge whether masks will be worn in the court room, source in the judicial community said.
