Bucks County Police Chiefs Association Announces Next Police Consortium Testing Dates

The Bucks County Police Chiefs Association recently announced the next Bucks County Police Consortium Testing dates.

Thirty-eight police departments throughout Bucks County use the consortium test to find qualified candidates to fill vacancies.

The testing will take place Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 8 am. Applicants must complete and pass the physical ability test in order to advance onto the written examination.

Applications are due no later than May 2, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. and can be submitted through the following at this link.

Candidates must be at least 21 years of age by May 17, 2025, a high school graduate or equivalent and be a U.S. Citizen.

You do not need to be a resident of Pennsylvania to participate in the exam. However, some departments may require residency at the time of appointment.

The physical test includes a 1.5 mile run, a 300 meter sprint, one minute sit ups and one minute full body push ups.
