Bensalem Police special investigation unit busted a Morrisville woman for selling methamphetamine in and around Bucks County, authorities say.
Nicole Hiller, 44 was arraigned Thursday morning by Magisterial District Judge Michael W. Gallagher on two felony drug distribution charges and a related offense. She was remanded to the custody of Bucks County Prison as she was unable to post bond.
Hiller and her boyfriend Edward J Seibert Jr were recently arrested by Falls Twp Police on narcotics distribution charges.
According to the criminal complaint, officers were informed that Hiller was selling the substance in the Bucks County area, tipped off by an confidential informant, who believes Hiller had taken over sales for Seibert since he was arrested and jailed in February on a heap of charges
Bensalem Police conducted a controlled buy of Meth from Hiller using the CI, who contacted and arranged to meet with her in order to purchase the high octane substance. Hiller agreed to meet the individual near the 2900 block of Street Road in Bensalem. Police had given the CI pre-recorded buy money to give to Hiller in exchange for the drug.
Hiller arrived to the scene in a red Hyundai SUV, last Wednesday, with a juvenile male that’s believed to be her son in the back of the car. Hiller gave the individual one bag of Meth in a clear Ziploc style bag that was handed over to police shortly after, authorities said in court papers.
She was taken into custody by police shortly thereafter. Hiller is due back in court on April 16 for a preliminary hearing.
