Mission BBQ Makes a Donation To Bucks County Hero Scholarship

The restaurant chain Mission BBQ has made an check for $7,538.00 to go towards the Bucks County Hero Scholarship Fund/. 

According to a press release from Bensalem PD, Mission BBQ gave the donation to the scholarship program as a part of their “giving back” program, that supports national and local charitable organizations nationwide.

On Oct. 31 and Nov. 3, Mission BBQ’s Fairless Hills and Warminster locations held fundraisers for the Bucks County Hero Scholarship, which provides scholarships to children of police officers, firefighters, rescue squad members, correctional officers, and emergency service personnel who are killed or permanently disabled in the line of duty.

The check was presented to the scholarship on Nov.3rd.
