Bensalem Police arrested a man for an act of indecent assault he performed on a biological family member.
According to the criminal complaint, police were called to the Knightsbridge Apartments on 2900 Knights Road on July 18 for an assault report.
According to the criminal complaint, the victim told police her family member, suspect Alex Smith, who just turned 32 last month, was in her apartment with her last night playing video games on the TV when she fell asleep on the couch. When she woke up that morning, between 6-7 am, she found Smith was using her hand to stimulate him.
The victim told police Smith climaxed on her, according to court records.
The victim then locked herself in the bathroom, which was the only room in her apartment with a lock.
Police spoke to Smith on the phone a couple days after the incident. Smith told investigators he showed up at his sisters apartment on Friday, July 17, and that she had several people over her apartment for a get together,
When he arrived at the apartment, Smith told police, he witnessed his sister having intimate relations with her boyfriend, and waited in the living room for them to finish. Smith told police that he and his sister slept on the couch together that night after her boyfriend left.
Smith, according to the criminal complaint, denied he manipulated his sister’s hand to stimulate him. He advised them that he was sexually aroused when he woke up that morning. He told police climaxing on his sister was an accident.
The victim informed police that Smith is a biological kin to her, police wrote in court records.
Smith was arraigned by District Judge Joseph P. Falcone and charged with two counts of indecent assault for his alleged actions. Smith was unable to post bail of $150.000 at 10% and was remanded to Bucks County Jail with a court date set for September 15.
He has no attorney of record, according to online court records.
