Police Seek Info, Whereabouts of One Man Thievery Wave

Area police need the public’s help with putting an end to a “one man crime spree” as officials put it.

Darryl Foreman, 30 years old, from Hemberger Street in Philadelphia, has been on a crime spree in Bucks, Montgomery, and Delaware counties.  He has 20 outstanding bench and arrest warrants for his alleged crimes, police say.

In Bucks County alone there are nine arrest warrants filed for Foreman, including one filed in District Court, Bensalem Township Police announced Wednesday.  Bensalem currently holds an arrest warrant for a felony retail theft at the TJ Maxx store on Bristol Pike on December 12, 2023.  He was one of four thieves who filled four large reusable shopping bags with purses and handbags, then fled from the store without paying for them in a silver Ford Escape bearing PA registration MGY-8727.

“We must get this serial thief off our streets as soon as possible. If you have any information about Foreman, please call 9-1-1 and report it to the police,” Bensalem Public Safety officials said Wednesday.

Police in Middletown and Lower Southampton hold arrest warrants for the Philadelphia man.
