The death of a 33-year old man found in bushes Tuesday was likely due to an overdose officials said Wednesday.

The man found Tuesday afternoon on the 1300 block of Bristol Pike, in the area of Dunkin Donuts led to an intense police response.

Officials say they do not believe any foul play was involved.

Its the second very public reported death in Bensalem over the last two weeks.
