A 60-year-old Texas man has been charged for making bomb threats against a Bensalem Township  based collections company.

Bensalem Township Police issued an arrest warrant on December 10, 2025 for Andrew Ryle charging him for making bomb and terroristic threats directed at NCB Management Services (NCB), located at 1 Allied Dr, Bensalem Township on November 11 2025.

District Judge Joseph P. Falcone arraigned Ryle on February 10, 2026 on the charges setting an unsecured bail amount.

Police were notified of multiple phone calls allegedly made by Ryle to NCB.  The company recorded the calls in accordance with the company’s policy, police said.

Ryle said “There’s a bomb in your building! Watch out!”, according to the criminal complaint.

The threat caused NCB Management Services to evacuate the building as a safety precaution, police said.

Bensalem authorities assisted employees in conducting a thorough inspection of the premises  for explosives or suspicious items and to ensure the safety of the premises.

No bombs were discovered, authorities said.

Investigators spoke with Ryle the following day at the same number he called the bomb threat in from.

Ryle, admitted to making the calls, according to police.

It remains unclear why Ryle targeted NCB with the bomb threat or if he has had any relationship with the company.  NCB is an account collections company and debt buyer, according to the company website.

Ryle is scheduled to appear in court on March 25 2026 and is be represented by Ellis B. Klein, Esq. of Doylestown, according to online court records.
