A Bristol man who was allegedly struck with a nightstick hours before apparently refuses to “give peace a chance” and the pissing contest among roommates continues.

District Judge David J. Chichilitti arraigned Justin Lennon Thursday afternoon on misdemeanor charges of simple assault, terroristic threats, reckless endangerment and harassment.

Lennon was initially a “victim” in the story published by Lower Bucks Source last Thursday, in which Ross Walker was accused of attacking  him with a nightstick leading to Walker’s arrest.

On the same night of the attack, Bristol Borough Police continued their investigation into the incident subsequently discovering that the home where apparently five men live is a brewing powder keg about to explode far beyond the walls of the 355 Penn Street residence.

During the investigation, police spoke with a roommate at the residence. The resident reported that at approximately 2:43 a.m., Lennon allegedly said, for real, I’m about to start killing y’all, making the roommate fear he would be assaulted. The same roommate further reported that Lennon grabbed a large knife and approached him in a threatening manner. The roommate apparently dared Lennon to do it, at which point Lennon placed the knife down, police said in court records.

The roommate also alleged that Lennon harassed him repeatedly by tampering with his bedroom door.

Specifically, Lennon would pick the lock, open the door, walk away, and then return and make statements such as, what happened, why is your door open, despite having just opened it himself. The roommate said this had occurred multiple times and cause alarm and fear. He further reported that Lennon made additional threatening statements following a prior physical altercation, placing him in continued fear for his safety.

Further investigation revealed a second roommate who was victimized. He reported to police that Lennon ripped a cell phone from his hand and pushed him into a table. That roommate left the residence but later returned to retrieve clothing. Upon returning, Lennon allegedly charged at him and again pushed him into a kitchen table, police said.

The second victim further reported that a physical altercation occurred between Lennon and Walker. During this altercation, Lennon grabbed Walker and forcefully slammed him into a door. Walker was later observed to have visible injuries, including bleeding wounds to the back of his head and scratches to his back and right arm.

Chichilitti set Lennon’s bail at 10 percent of $25,000. Unable to post bail he was remanded to county jail with a hearing set for April 1.

Lennon and Walker were each cited by Bristol Borough Police on March 6 for fighting.

Hopefully at some point soon the men sharing space in the Penn St home will just “Let it Be.”
