Borough Police Investigate Pellet Gun Shooting

The Bristol Borough Police Department is investigating an apparent pellet gun shooting that led one teenager to seek treatment at a local medical facility Thursday night.

The incident occurred last night in and or around the 300 block of Jefferson Avenue in which the teenager was struck with a pellet in the leg. police said.

Chief of Police Joe Moors said there is no current active threat to the community and that officers are actively pursuing leads in the case.

Information on wounded teenager’s current medical condition was not provided by Bristol authorities Friday.
