A Bristol man is behind bars tonight after he was caught creeping around a second story fire escape looking into apartment windows last week on Mill Street.
According to the criminal complaint, the victim living on the 300 block of Mill St in a second floor apartment heard her cat making some noises and looking out the window just after 9 pm last Thursday night. She went to the window to see what all the fuss was about and observed a white male, in sunglasses with a bandanna covering his face, baseball cap, and a white sleeveless shirt with white letters on the back. The woman smartly grabbed her cell phone, quickly snapping photos and creating a video of the suspect creeping the firescape area looking into apartment windows.
