A Bristol Borough man accused of stalking and terrorizing his ex girlfriend is back in jail with his bail revoked, accused of attempting to avoid apprehension.
Sean Bronner was arraigned by on-call Judge Joseph P. Falcone in the early morning hours of April 1, on one felony count of flight to avoid apprehension.
Bronner spent about 45 days in jail after being arrested by Bucks County Detectives and Bristol Borough Police in January. He allegedly tracked his girlfriend’s daily moments by attaching a transponder to her vehicle and using Apple Tags to stalk her.
Bronner posted the required bail for the two cases on February 19, according to court records.
At the time Lower Bucks Source was aware of the existence of a third case police were investigating involving Bronner allegedly punching the victim in her face in July of 2024 at his Otter Street apartment. The victim, according to Lower Bucks Hospital doctors, suffered a broken nose.
At the time, the victim told police that she was afraid to report the incident because of threats of harm from Bronner. She stated that she feared for her life then and during the relationship.
Borough Police arrested Bronner on March 6, charging him with simple assault in connection to that incident. He posted a third bail of 10 percent of $250,000.00 after spending 13 days in jail on March 19 through a bondsman.
According to the most recent court records filed, on Thursday, March 28, 2026, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Bristol Borough Police were contacted by the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office regarding Bronner. The DA’s office said Bronner currently has an active bench warrant for contempt of court, which was issued on March 20, 2026.
The DA’s s office further said, according to the criminal complaint, they had been in constant communication with Bronner’s attorney. After approximately five days of discussion, an agreement was reached for Bronner to turn himself in on March 26, 2026 at 8 p.m. Bronner, according to the district attorney’s office, decided to renege on the negotiated agreement/surrender date.
Police said in court records that Bronner “is known to avoid law enforcement by any and all means necessary.”
According to online court records, he is now represented by Gail Nicolina Marr, Esq. of Young, Marr, Mallis and Associates.
Bronner’s next court appearance is scheduled for May 20.
At the time of publication, Bronner, who fathered children with the victim, has made no attempts to contact her.
