Bristol Police Chase Culminates with No Arrests, One Person Flees

A police chase allegedly involving a suspect wanted out of Falls Township ended with three detained and no arrests, Thursday night.

Police said the chase, which took place in Bristol Borough and Bristol Township, happened around  5 p.m when township police started to pursue a vehicle that had a robbery suspect in it police believed, a law enforcement official told Lower Bucks Source.

The chase ended on Rt. 413 and Otter Street with three people detained, police said, with one person fled the scene on foot.

The main unidentified suspect is wanted out of Falls Township, police said.

The pursuit, with its intense police response, fueled rumors and gossip of an armed robbery and a shooting in the chase areas.

As of Friday afternoon no one had been charged connected to the chase, by Police, and Falls Township Chief of Police, Nelson Whitney did not reply to a request for comment.
