Bristol Woman Waives Prelim in Morrisville Stalking Case

A Bristol Woman charged with stalking, filing a false report, and harassment offenses by the Morrisville Police waived her preliminary hearing Tuesday in Morrisville District Court.

Melissa Borrello, 48, Bristol, waived her hearing and also signed a waiver of counsel according to online court documents. 

Borrello, is charged with: 

  • 12 Stalking Felonies 
  • Nine Harrassment Offenses 
  • One Charge for Filing False Report 

A new court date has yet to be scheduled as of Wednesday morning and Borrello remains jailed at Bucks County Correctional on 10 percent of $50,000.00
