Bristol Woman Wanted in OD Death Investigation

Police in Central Bucks County tonight are searching for a Bristol woman in connection to an overdose death investigation.

Central Bucks Regional Police (CBRP)  filed an arrest warrant for Rachel Fay Bensch, eight days short of her 28th birthday of Bristol on Tuesday.

She is wanted on one felony count of criminal use of a communication facility, one felony count of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to
manufacture or deliver, one misdemeanor count of reckless endangerment and two drug related offenses connected to the death of an unidentified person on March 8, 2021.

According to a press release from CBRP, Bensch supplied the drugs to the victim.

Bensch has two active criminal cases according to the online unified judicial system. Each of those cases are for drug related offenses’ and occurred over a three -day span as she was charged by State Police in each of those cases.

She is scheduled to appear on September 13 in front of Magisterial District Judge Kevin
P. Wagner to answer to those charges.

A criminal complaint has been filed and police are asking anyone with information regarding the  Bensch’s whereabouts  to contact Detective Lubold at 215-345-4143 or submit a tip by clicking here.
