Cops: Bristol Mom Charged with Child Endangerment

A Bristol Woman was charged with one count of endangering the welfare of a child earlier this week by Bristol Borough authorities.

According to the probable cause affidavit filed Monday, police received a complaint of child abuse on May 26. The complaint alleged that the child of Holly Crohe, 44, was stuck by a hypodermic syringe in her mother’s bed that was left unattended.

On June 1, Network Of Victim Assistance (NOVA) conducted a forensic interview at their Fairless Hill site, with the child,

She told investigators her mother was sleeping in her bed, when she climbed in and was then stuck with the needle, police wrote in court papers.

The child was seen by physician Bucks County Children and Youth joined borough police in the  investigation.

On June 7, Detective William Davis interviewed Crohe, at her Bristol home which was recorded, according to court records, with the suspects permission.

Crohe told Davis, that it was a toothpick that jabber her daughter.

Crohe has been charged with one felony count of child endangerment and she is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on September 1 in Bristol Borough District Court.

Bucks County Children and Youth was also part of the investigation.
