Borough Police Investigate Bath St. Death

Bristol Borough Police are conducting a death investigation Tuesday morning.

Bristol investigators are currently investigating a death on the 580 block of Bath Street.

The identity of the person who died was not made available by Police but the nature of the investigation was confirmed.

Locals in the area told Lower Bucks Source the Bath St home is visited frequently during late night hours noting a lack  of the same kind of foot traffic during the daylight hours.

The home which sits on a tree lined  street is situated in an area where a number of children live.

A first responder source told the publication the death was an overdose related, however Police did not confirm the report.

Chief of Police Joe Moors declined to comment on the specifics of the investigation out of respect for family and loved ones of the deceased..

“No comment will be made until we have more information from the Coroner’s office” he said.
