This is the actions we as a district need to get rid of in the Borough, I’m sure Ms Miniti was doing her job as a superintendent and Mr Chicchilitti wanted it in his favor and of course went off the deep end. We need to get rid of the arrogance and work with those who are going to work together or at least try to. These school districts are not teaching our teachers how to fulfill their jobs if they cannot commit to theirs. It’s not about who gets their way here, or a beauty pageant for our administration, we our students are here to earn respect and give respect like it use to be. Our students need the tools to learn and it starts with not only the teachers, but the administrators as well! I’m not here to knock anyone down, but it’s way out of control now without decent answers. Our world is struggling enough right now without the extra burdens of stress that these things are bringing upon us, as a parent and grandparent it’s hard to not react to these actions. Get it together., work with each other, things are not always as planned but will come together. No need to disrespect each other, there’s always other solutions. It’s not teaching our younger generations, and we cannot communicate if this continues.
