Jailed Man, has Deatainer Placed for Mill Street Storage Theft by Bristol Police

A Bucks County man jailed on drug related offenses in Philadelphia received some bad news as he was posting bond last week.

You’re not going anywhere, say Bristol Borough Police as they filed  a detainer for theft offenses  Tuesday.

Manuel Lomas, 30 of Richboro will be extradited to Bucks County Correctional at the request of Borough Police.

Lomas, police say, stole $16,000.00 worth of property from a storage space on the 300 block of Mill Street in December of 2019.

A warrant for Lomas’ arrest was issued on January 9 for two felony related offenses by Bristol Police in connection to the storage theft.

Lomas, according to Philadelphia District Court records, is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on February 7 on charges of drug possession, carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a fire arm in public, possessing an instrument of crime, and one other drug related offense.
