The days of “boys will be boys” explaining away men’s mischievous bordering on criminality behavior towards women and girls are long behind us.
For one 22-year-old Levittown man, this lesson might have now seeped in.
Sincere Thomas has been charged by mail summons with indecent assault, and harassment connected to an incident that occurred at the Borough Pub in Bristol late last month.
According to court records, police were dispatched at 10:45 p.m. for a reported fight. While on the scene, Officer Chris Tehan was approached by a young woman who was visibly upset. The woman told police she was molested by a suspect she did not know, but wanted police to identify him.
Police canvassed the area, coming up empty. The victim provided her contact info to police and said she would contact police if she discovered the suspect’s identity.
The following day the victim, according to court records, contacted Bristol Borough Police to say she had discovered identifying information about the alleged suspect. Tehan and the victim met at police headquarters several hours later. She provided a written statement identifying the suspect as “Sincere” and provided information linked to the Instagram account of the alleged suspect.
Police researched that social media account in which there is a man wearing a Kutztown University football uniform, wearing number 6. Police cross referenced that information with publicly available records, leading to the identification of Sincere Thomas, and subsequently being confirmed through state driver records, court records show.
Thomas is accused of intentionally touching the victim without consent, for the purpose of sexual gratification, court records show. He’ll be represented by Donald Williford, Esq. at his April 22 court date.
Editor’s Note: Thomas, according to university records, was not on the Kutztown University 2025 football roster.
