A Bensalem woman, according to Bristol Township Police has been bringing a whole cup of crazy, and thensome, with her allegedly making calls to 911 for made up emergency incidents while stalking a Croydon man for reasons not immediately clear to authorities waived her preliminary hearing in Bristol Borough District Court Wednesday.
Kimberly Schnarrs, of Bensalem who will celebrate a birthday this month appeared before the Honorable Judge Finello with her attorney waiving her right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday morning. Schnarrs is charged with five felony counts of false calls to 911, five misdemeanor counts of stalking, five misdemeanor counts for false calls to police, and a slew of related offenses when she was arrested earlier this month.
She is scheduled to appear formal arraignment at the Justice Center in Doylestown in September.
According to police, for the past 18 months, the Bristol Township Police Department has been dispatched over 100 time to a River Road residence. The specifics of the calls vary slightly, but generally a female caller contacts the police non еmergency number that rings to the 911 center, gives details of an emergency at that address, and hangs up on dispatch.
The female never answers any calls backs, the probable cause alleges and the phone numbers used to call the 911 center are different most times, and only repeat a few times before a different one is used
Every call that has followed that modus operandi, has been doomed unfounded once police arrived on scene, officers wrote in court papers.
On May 2, Police were dispatched to the River Rd residence at the request of the property owner, for a suspicious person lurking nearby
The person, later identified as Kimberly Schnarrs, of Bensalem was parked on the property watching it for an extended time. Schnarrs was advised to leave the property, and did so, police said. At 4:20 a.m. Schnarrs returned to the property and was yelling unknown things through a megaphone. Schnars left prior to police arrival, but the property owner reported Schnarrs returned a little more than one hour later once more, the probable cause alleges.
This is not the first time police have encountered Schnarrs at that property. She has been contacted by police multiple times in 2024, sitting in vehicles watching the house. Schnarrs is targeting a male who lives on the 2nd floor above the garage located on the property. The motive for this stalking is unknown even to the victim.
Below is an accounting of four of the seven most recent false calls that occurred between 4/2/2025 and 6/15/2025:
2025 allegedly made by Schnarrs, police say.
- 4/30/2025 – 1523 hrs – 267-900-7696 – Female asked for a patrol officer before hanging up
- 5/16/2025 – 1319 hrs – 267-729-7380 – Female asked for help and terminated the line
- 6/14/2025 – 0051 hrs – 267-775-9945 – Female said to send police to help her mom and dad, hung up
- 6/15/2025 0900 hrs – 215-914-9705 – Female said a man was hitting a female, hung up
Through investigation, the numbers were determined to be a combination of Pinger, and TextNow application that enable users to have some level of anonymity to make calls and send messages, said police in court papers.
Three of the numbers used were determined to be TextNow numbers, TextNow was served three search warrants, and returned data on all three numbers, according to the probable cause.
The IP address 108.52.4.245 was found to be assigned to the device or location that was us the account registered with TextNow on 4/28/2025. It was also the IP address associated with the number on 6/15/2025 for false call to the 911 center.
That IP address was found to be assigned to the Verizon Fios network. A search warrant was served on Verizon for the subscriber who was assigned IP Address 108.52.4.245 on 4/28/2025 which confirmed Schnarrs as the subscriber , with her home address with that specific IP Address from 3/14/2025 through 6/21/2025, the time frame for the phone numbers assigned to her.
According to police, Schnarrs has engaged in a course of conduct to harass the residents on River Rd by repeatedly making false reports of emergencies, harass, and placing them in fear for their lives. In addition, Schnarrs has endangered by knowingly diverting police from their normal patrol duties.
