The victim, according to the criminal complaint, told police she was in the ladies bathroom when Matone entered it starting to scream and yell at the victim. The yelling and screaming escalated with the suspect allegedly shoving and holding back the victim as she tried to leave the bathroom while ordering her to give up her pocketbook. The victim refused to give up her purse and allegedly Matone grabbed it and forcibly pried it from her hands taking her debit card.

The victim told police she was constantly trying to leave the bathroom and was held back by Matone forcing her to remain in the bathroom.

Police did not note whether two women knew each other or not.

Borough police filed an arrest warrant for Matone on March 29. The circumstances surrounding her arrest last week were not noted in court paperwork.

Matone recently had her probation for another yet separate case (s) with police transferred to the state of New York. She is currently at Bucks County Correctional Facility with bail set at 10 percent of $35,000.
