Bristol Man Jailed on Corruption and Unlawful Contact with a Minor Charges, Police Say

A 13-year-old girl’s outcry alleging a 22 year-old- Bristol man who would make her do things, police say, since she was six, jailed on sex crimes related felonies.

According to a probable cause filed by Bristol Township Police just about one year ago the 13-year-old female victim hinted Brandon Scott, attempted inappropriate sexual acts on her.

Detective Tim McDonald who spoke with the victim, scheduled a forensic interview with the Children’s Advocacy Center which was conducted in early September of 2025, according to court records.

The 13-year-old victim was interviewed by a forensic interviewer.

During this interview the victim alleged Scott, whom she’s known for at least six years, told her he wanted to have sex with her.  Continuing she told the forensic interviewer, Scott would grab her shoulders and waist to pull her closer and then try to kiss her, court records show.

The victim said she would kick, punch, and tell Scott no.

The victim related to the forensic interviewer that Scott would try and make her do things starting when she was six and up until she turned 12, the criminal complaint says.

Scott was taken into custody and preliminarily arraigned by on-call District Judge Michael W. Petrucci last Friday at around 2:20 a.m. on felony charges of corruption of minors, unlawful contact with a minor, a lesser charge of indecent assault and a harassment summary offense.

Scott who turns 22 on June 26 has no attorney of record listed according to online court records. He was remanded to Bucks County Jail in lieu of 10 percent $200, 000.00 bond.
