Bristol Township Police Launching Town Watch Program; Meeting is Thursday Night at Headquarters

The Bristol Township Police are calling on keyboard warriors, community watchers, and neighbors who simply want to help out with keeping the community safe by becoming a volunteer member of their “Town Watch”  effort.

“Community Safety is a priority and we need the communities  help!,” public safety officials said.

The department is starting a town watch effort, because they can’t be everywhere at all times, although they strive to.

You can become their eyes and ears in your community!

It’s simple, if you walk around your neighborhood when it’s beautiful out, if you like to just look out for your neighbors, or if you simply want help your police department, you will fit the role of a Town Watch member.

Township Police are holding an informational meeting at their headquarters on Thursday, April 23rd at 6pm.

Come join us so we can communicate what this program entails and how you can help make our township safer… together,  police officials said.

“We need people to make it a success and they can help out when they can” a police spokesman said.
