An 18 year-old Levittown man is facing serious charges as he stands accused of pistol whipping another man earlier this month for reasons that remain unclear
On Saturday, March 22nd, 2025, at approximately 12:03 p.m., Bristol Township Police were dispatched to the area of Mill Creek Road and Green Lane for an assault involving a firearm, according to court records.
Police met with the victim at Truman High School, 3001 Green Lane, Levittown. The victim stated that he was struck in the head with firearm by a black male who was wearing a gray sweatshirt and a black ski mask, said police in court records.
Police made contact with the accused, Icole Quirmolue, in the area of the 60 block of Valley Road, Levittown and detained him for further investigation.
The victim was brought to Quirmolue’s location where he was positively identified as the person who struck him. Quirmolue, according to the probable cause, admitted to police, after he was read his Miranda Warning that he left his residence, on Verdant Road, with a 9mm firearm and struck the victim in the head with the firearm, in the area of the 10 block of Verdant Road.
Quirmolue was arraigned on felony counts of aggravated assault, carrying a gun without a license and two misdemeanor related offenses. He was released on unsecured bail with a court date set for April 29, according to online records, and has no attorney of record listed as of publication time.
