A 40 year-old Levittown woman is in jail tonight police say because she slashed a man with a broken Tito’s Vodka bottle at the Knights Inn Hotel on Tuesday.
Police were dispatched to the Bristol Township hotel on Green Lane Tuesday, at 12:20 p.m., to room 211, for a stabbing report.
Upon arrival, police made contact with the complainant and the defendant, Ashlee Horan, who said that she had a swung a broken glass bottle the the victim, causing a laceration on his right forearm.
Police were able to acquire video footage from hotel staff of the incident, court records show.
The video shows Horan knocking on the door of 211 while holding up a glass bottle of vodka and when the door opens, Horan throws the bottle. The victim then walks from the room, attempting to push her away as she begins to hit him multiple times with her hands. The two then separate and Horan picks up the same bottle she threw, which was now broken, and begins to swing it at the victim slashing him on the right forearm.
Horan was then taken into custody and transported to Bristol Township Police Headquarters, where she was processed without incident.
