BT Cops Report: Man Arrested for Carrying Unlicensed Gun, Thefts, Assault, and More

The Following is Provided by the Bristol Township Police Department 

Arrest 3-7-2020, 0039 hours, 5000 block Emilie Road, Levittown, Pa. The below subject was arrested on a Bench Warrant out of Bucks County and released to the Sheriff’s. Reginald Joseph James, B/M, 30 years old Old Orchard Lane Bristol, Pa  

Theft 3-6-2020, 1034 hours, 400 block Stonybrook Drive, Levittown, Pa. Sometime between 3-5-2020 at 1800 hours and 3-6-2020 at 1000 hours an unknown subject entered a 2019 Chevrolet Colorado and removed $30.00 in cash and coins.  

 Theft 3-7-2020, 0948 hours, 1000 block Rosa Avenue, Croydon, Pa. Sometime overnight an unknown subject(s) stole a license plate from a 2017 Hyundai.  The value of the plate is $36.00.  

Theft 3-7-2020, 1446 hours, 400 block Holly Drive, Levittown, Pa. Sometime between 2-26-2020 and 3-7-2020 an unknown subject removed $1,300.00 cash, Pa license, debit card and Birth Certificate from a purse.  

Vandalism 3-7-2020, 0040 hours, Lakeland Avenue, Bristol, Pa. On 3-7-2020 at 0025 hours an unknown object struck a 2017 Ford Escape.  The vehicle has a dent on the passenger side door.  Approximate damage was valued at $300.00.

Arrest 3-5-2020, 1124 hours, Weston Avenue, Bristol, Pa. The below subject was arrested on the charges of Carry firearm W/O license and Poss/Int Controlled Substance and Paraphernalia.  The subject was processed and arraigned by Judge K. Wagner.  Bail was set at $200,00/10% and remanded to BCP. Cade Nathaniel Persichilli, W/M, 18 years old Veterans Highway Bristol, Pa  

 Arrest 3-5-2020, 2152 hours, 6000 block Bristol Pike, Bristol, Pa. The below subject was arrested on the charges of Simple Assault and Harassment.  The subject was processed and arraigned by Judge Baranoski.  Bail was set at$1,500/ Unsecured. Nail Miller B/M, 23 years old Ford Road Bristol, Pa
