A 22 year-old Bristol Township woman was arrested and charged for what can be described as one of the ways jealous women are trying to get even with perceived rivals when it comes to the attention of men in the digital age.
In essence, an alleged episode of “Mean Girls” playing out in Bristol Township.
The Bristol Township Police were dispatched to a harassment complaint involving the disseminating of sexual pictures of a victim on February 6 2026 at approximately 1:46 p.m.
According to court records, police spoke with the female victim whose nude pictures and videos were allegedly sent to a male friend. The victim said that while her male friend was sleeping, his ex-girlfriend, identified as Lisette Perez of Croydon, got on his phone and sent the images and videos to herself without permission.
The victim alleged Perez also sent the same pictures and videos to her father. She told police, according to the probable cause, she found the photos on her father’s phone in the Facebook Messenger application sent from Perez’s account.
Perez apparently threatened to publish the pictures and videos on social media if the victim continued to see the male, both of whom seemed to want his attention at that time.
Police met with Perez and advised her of her Miranda rights before questioning her about the incident.
Perez allegedly confessed to going on the male’s phone and sending the pictures and videos to her own phone, with the intention of disseminating them. She also, according to court records, admitted to sending the photos and videos to the victim’s father.
Perez showed police the photos and videos on her own phone. She told police she was trying to dissuade the victim from further involvement with the male, knowing this would annoy her.
Perez is charged with misdemeanor counts of harassment, disseminating obscene sexual materials and possession of an instrument of crime with intent. She is due back in court on April 28 before Judge Terrence Hughes. Parlow & Lang LLC will represent her at that hearing.
Perez was arraigned on the charges last week and released on unsecured bail, according to online court records.
