A 22-year-old Croydon man sits in Bucks County Correctional Facility charged with felony counts of aggravated assault, burglary, criminal trespass and related charges in which the victim was allegedly pistol-whipped.
On April 3, 2025, at approximately 12:19 p.m., Bristol Township Police were dispatched to the 20 block of Parkside Circle, Levittown, for a report of a woman being pistol-whipped allegedly by Dalton Kleber-Marsaglia who then fled in a red Chevrolet Suburban vehicle, according to court records.
Police met with several residents at the home who said the suspect entered the residence without permission. He then entered the female’s room and assaulted her with a hard metal object. One witness said Kleber-Marsaglia then “trashed” the victim’s room. The room was observed to be in complete disarray with holes in the wall and drawers pulled out of the dresser, all which the one witness stated was done by Kleber-Marsaglia, the probable cause alleges.
The complainant also stated that he saw Kleber-Marsaglia with a handgun, police said.
The victim stated that she had not invited the suspect into the home and he was not welcomed, but barged in anyway. The victim said that after entering the residence and her room, he hit her in the head with a hard object. She suffered an injury to her head. The officer felt the upper left side of the victim’s head and observed a medium-sized bump and swelling in that area, according to court records.
Kleber-Marsaglia was arraigned by on-call District Judge Terrence Hughes who set bail at 10 percent of $100,00.00 with a court date set for April 30.
