Levittown Serial Rapist Sentenced Up To 135 Years in State Prison

Submitted:

The Bristol Township man who drugged and raped 12 women over a number of years was sentenced Friday to 65 to 135 years in state prison.

The sentence, handed down by Bucks County Common Pleas Court Judge Stephen Corr, follows Gallo’s no-contest plea in December to more than three dozen offenses, including 10 felony counts each of rape of an impaired person and strangulation, and a felony drug charge.

Investigators say Gallo would put drugs, including Methamphetamine or Molly, into victims’ drinks without their knowledge. The victims described feeling “strange” and having a “lack of control” during the ensuing sexual encounter, investigators say, adding that they were unable to stop Gallo.

In his last real life choice about controlling his life, Gallo last year entered a Nolo Contendere /No Contest plea – which means he accepts punishment as if guilty but did not have to formally admit guilt.

Now the state prison system will make all of his “important” life choices for him.

In addition to the lengthy prison term, Gallo was deemed a sexually violent predator, requiring him to register as a tier 3 offender for the remainder of his life.

The sentencing marks the conclusion of a harrowing investigation that revealed a calculated pattern of violence and hate for women. Between 2018 and 2024, Gallo targeted 12 women, ranging in age from 17 to 35, whom he met on different dating platforms, mostly sugardaddymeet.com. Luring them to his Copper Beech Lane home under the guise of a date, Gallo served the women alcoholic beverages spiked with a cocktail of illegal drugs to incapacitate them, according to court records.

Upon handing down the sentencing, Judge Corr described the facts of the case as “unspeakable,” telling Gallo, “You treated these women like trash.” Judge Corr handed down individual sentences for each of the victims and ordered them to be served consecutively. In delivering the prison term, Judge Corr said, “I believe each one of these women deserve justice,” according to a statement from Bucks County authorities.

First Assistant District Attorney Kristin McElroy said, “the defendant took away these women’s ability to consent when he gave them those drugs.” She described Gallo as a man who pretended to be a “charming, nice guy,” only to plunge his victims into the “stuff nightmares are made of,” leaving them humiliated and debased.
