A man was killed in an early-morning Sunday two-vehicle crash in the Levittown section of Bristol Township, officials said.
The two-vehicle crash which resulted in the fatality occurred at approximately 2: 10 a.m. on Veterans Highway and Plumridge Drive, authorities said.
An adult male operating a Ford F-150 pickup truck heading north on Veterans Hwy struck the side of a Toyota 4Runner SUV turning left from Plumridge Dr heading south on Veterans Hwy, police said.
An adult male rear-passenger in the Toyota 4Runner sustained serious injuries and was immediately transported the Bucks County Rescue Squad to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital for treatment. Unfortunately, he passed away a short time later due to his injuries, police said.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene and police did not release how many occupants were in each vehicle during the crash or if there were more injuries suffered by them.
