Bristol Township Police arrested a Levittown man, Carlos Navedo 51, on 13 counts of felony rape related offenses Tuesday.
Magisterial District Judge Kevin P. Wagner arraigned Navedo at 1 pm today setting his bail at 10 percent of $10 million.
He was remanded to Bucks County Correctional Facility
According to the probable cause, police received a report regarding a juvenile victim, who is twelve years old. The report alleged Navedo had sexual contact with her on April 17 of last year.
Investigators conducted a forensic interview on January 8, 2024, and at the interview, the victim reported that on at least one occasion, the suspect, inserted his penis into her vagina, court records show. The suspect also used his hands to try to open her vagina, the victim told the police. When he had trouble fitting his penis into her vagina, he masturbated himself and ejaculated on the little girl’s body, the criminal complaint alleges.
The criminal complaint also alleges the following:
On at least one occasion, police said, Navedo put his penis into her mouth.
On at least one occasion, the victim reported he put his mouth onto her vagina.
On at least one occasion, she reported waking up, finding the suspect touching the intimate parts of her body.
On at least one occasion, the 12-year-old reported Navedo showed her videos of individuals engaged in sexual conduct.
The child victim reported she was around 10 or 11 years old when these assaults occurred. She told police these assaults occurred at the Navedo’s residence in the Fleetwing section of Bristol Township.
In addition to the 13 felony charges , Navedo was also charged with two counts of misdemeanor assault, one count of corruption of minors, one count of selling obscene sexual materials.
Navedo is currently scheduled to appear on January 24 for a preliminary hearing. He has no attorney of record listed as of publication of this story.
