A Bristol Township man living in Levittown, arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Kevin P. Wagner Wednesday afternoon, is accused of exposing himself and harassing a neighbor.
The curtains went up on the lewd situation early Sunday morning as Bristol Township Police were dispatched to a Levittown street for an indecent exposure report.
The responding officer met with the victim who provided video surveillance evidence of neighbor, Charles Swenson, who just turned 40 last week, walking up to the victim’s door a number of times, spitting on their porch, leaving cigarettes on the porch, putting a lighter on top of the camera and then walking away, pulling down his pants, exposing his buttocks, and then providing a frontal shot to the camera exposing his penis, court records show.
The victim was visibly shaken by the alleged exposure and told police, due to Swenson’s presence around the property, work on the porch could not be completed because the suspect would harass him.
Swenson was charged with two counts of indecent exposure, and summary offenses for harassment and was jailed in lieu of 10 percent of $60,000.00 with his next court date set tentatively for August 7.
No official word on whether Swenson “measured up.”
