Fire Damages Levittown Home

An overnight fire damaged a  Levittown home early Saturday.

Fire crews from Edgely, Levittown #1 and #2 as well as Levittown-Fairless Hills Rescue Squad and police responded to a residential fire in the Bristol Township  section of Levittown.

The fire in the rear of the dwelling neighbors said, tried to put the out before fire companies arrived. Smoky conditions could be seen  from blocks away opined one concerned citizen.

According to the Ron Roberts YouTube Channel, firefighters arrived on scene and pulled two hand-lines through a broken fence into the backyard; utilizing one to put the fire out. Pets were seen being removed from the premise did not appear to be injured just moved to safety. Firefighters used fans to ventilate the structure and there did not appear to be much significant damage.

No word from officials on cause of the fire. No injuries were reported.
