Alarms at a former school in Bristol sounded in the evening last week and brought the police to find five subjects in the abandoned building.

Bristol Township Police were dispatched, approximately 8:31 p.m., to the former Roosevelt Middle School, 1001 Veterans Highway in Bristol on Monday, April 22, 2024. Upon arrival, the police said, they entered the former school to find multiple subjects inside.

The subjects fled outside and were taken into custody. Two subjects were juveniles, age 14 and 16. The three adult subjects were identified as Eric Holthenrichs, 21,  David Dugan, 22, and Dominic Jacob, 21. Court records show all  three are charged with a felony count of Criminal Trespass-Break Into Structure and a charge of Corruption of Minors.

Entry allegedly was made into the building by removing the plywood off the doorway and pulling on the door until it broke open. One of the juveniles informed police that he was invited to go to the abandoned school by Jacob and Holthenrichs, said police.

Bail was set for each at 10%/$25,000. A preliminary hearing is set for June 4, 2024 for the three accused men, shown in the court records.
