47 year-old Matthew Williams, through his attorney, Louis R. Busico, Esq. decided to forgo his Tuesday July 7, preliminary hearing in front of District Judge Kevin P. Wagner and will now head to trial on the remaining felony charges of child sexual abuse material and criminal use of a communication device.
Bristol Township Police with Bucks County Detectives and member of the state attorney general’s office executed a search warrant at Williams Goldenridge home in the Levittown section of the township. The search warrant was subsequent to a April cyber tip received from a missing and exploited child advocacy organization.

Additionally, several of the files discovered by investigators resembled younger images of Williams stepdaughter. The images, in which the female pictured is under the age of eighteen.
