Levittown Man Who Drugged, Raped Women Pleads Nolo Contendere

The Levittown man accused of drugging and raping at least 12 women after meeting them through an online dating website is pleading no contest (“Nolo Contendere”)  to more than 36 rape related counts.

Andrew Gallo 39 of Bristol Township is accused of spiking victims drinks after setting up dates with  them through the Sugardaddymeet.com website based in Canada.

Gallo’s no contest plea means he is accepting punishment as if guilty but he does not formally admit guilt. This avoids a trial while preventing the plea from being used as an admission of guilt in future civil lawsuits.

Investigators say Gallo would put drugs, including methamphetamine or Molly, into the victims’ drinks without their knowledge.

The victims described feeling “strange” and having a “lack of control” during the ensuing sexual encounter, investigators say, adding that they were unable to stop Gallo.

Investigators say Gallo putting his hands around the victims’ throats to the point of passing out or almost passing out.

“The victims reported side effects from the drugs that included staying up for days, hallucinations, and psychosis,” Bucks County prosecutors said.

Gallo is then accused of  raping each of the women, ranging in age from 17 to 30 years old.

During a search of his home earlier in the fall of 2024, police say they found a victim there at the time, along with a bottle of alcohol that had been laced with methamphetamine.

Gallo, as a early 4oth birthday gift from karma is scheduled to be sentenced by Bucks County Judge Stephen A. Corr on …. April 1st.
