An 18-year-old Levittown woman is in jail charged with felony robbery and related offenses for her role in a June 3rd incident in which a man was attacked by three other suspects wearing black masks on the 100 block of Birch Drive, Bristol Township Police say.
According to court records, police were dispatched at 3:49 p.m. to the 100 block of Birch Drive in Levittown for a fight in progress. While en route the call was upgraded to a robbery in progress.
The complainant informed dispatch of three men in black masks beating up another man. The three got into a white Honda Accord and fled the area heading south on Birch Drive, police said in court records.,
This information was dispatched to neighboring police departments, police said.
The victim reported he was walking when three individuals jumped out of Honda Accord and assaulted him.
Police noted in the probable cause that the victim had several small scraps and cuts and had a ripped t-shirt.
The victim said the three men that jumped him stole his Yeezy foam runners valued at $150, before getting back into the vehicle and speeding away.
The three men, the victim told police, were wearing black masks.
A white Honda Accord bearing Pa. registration MGV*** , driven by Amber L. Leonard, was stopped by police near Elderberry Park located on Exit Lane, which is a short distance from where the original assault occurred.
Police said defendants, Anthony French, Amber L. Leonard, and two juveniles were in the vehicle. One of the juveniles, KM, ran from the vehicle while the police were trying to conduct a vehicle stop for the robbery. He was found a short time later, police said.

All three males were in possession of black face masks, the probable cause alleges.
Bristol Twp police officers went back to speak with the complainant and showed several pictures of the Honda that was stopped by the police. The complainant positively identified the Honda as the involved with the alleged robbery.
That same day a search warrant was issued for the vehicle and while conducting a search of the Honda the Yeezy shoes were discovered under the driver’s seat, police said. The shoes were taken to the victim and they were able to identify as the ones allegedly robbed from him.
Police returned the shoes to the victim, according to court records.
Later during this investigation, it was discovered that a video was taken of the alleged robbery by Leonard on her cell phone at the time of and in the area of this robbery, authorities said.
Police applied for and was granted a search warrant for her phone.
On the video, police allege, you can hear French asking Leonard if she was getting the video. She answers but the words are unintelligible.
Leonard, police said, sent this video out to multiple people via her Snapchat account.
Several texts were discovered between KM and Leonard talking about trying to find the victim to “go knuckles” before this assault occurred, showing the victim was targeted for the robbery before it occurred.
French, 18 of Morrisville was taken into custody by police on June 8 charging him with robbery and related offenses. He spent approximately 15 days in jail before a county judge reduced his bail and he was released. Keith J. Williams, Esq. is French’s court appointed attorney according to online court records.
Leonard, arrested and arraigned this past Sunday by the on call district judge on five robbery related offenses and was remanded to Bucks County Jail as she was unable to post the 10 percent of $100,00.00 bail.
Both suspects are due back in court for a preliminary hearing; Leonard on August 4 and French on August 11.
Leonard, according to court records, is represented by Ethan William Paraboschi, Esq. French is represented by court appointed attorney Keith J. Williams, Esq. according to publicly available records.
Police did not comment or say if the juveniles involved have been charged as of publication time.
