A now 23 year-old man was arrested and charged for allegedly raping, and sexual assaulting, a teen girl victim whose family provided housing to the suspect, after he fled his home country, Bristol Township Police say.
Bohdan Kozlov was preliminarily arraigned by District Judge Terrence Hughes on June 9 accused of 16 sexual violence counts that spanned over five distinct and separate attacks between September of 2023 and July 2024, according to police.
The survivor met with investigators at Bristol Township Police Headquarters last November. She explained she met the suspect, Kozfoy, in January of 2023 as her family provides housing for refugees. He began residing at the Levittown residence at that point in time, police said in court records. The survivor reported five sexual assaults occurring between September of 2023 and July 2024.
The first incident occurred in September of 2023, she told police, when she was sixteen and Kozlov was 20.
According to the probable cause, Kozlov and the victim were in the living room of the Levittown residence and Kozlov “falls onto her”. Kozlov would grab the victim by the hip/pelvic areas and move her forward and back. The survivor said she could tell Kozlov was aroused. She told Kozlov to stop. She reported having bruises on her hip/pelvic area from the assault, police said.
From there the alleged sexual assaults escalated in which Koslov would take her hand and place it on his intimate parts over his pants. Koslov moved closer and grabbed the victim’s hips and waist like the previous incident.
The victim would say no to Koslov and felt it was disgusting.
Koslov forced her hand to remain in place. The survivor remembered Koslov was wearing dark grey underwear. He would push her hand harder and she would be forced to touch the head of his penis. Koslov would then get up on his knees forcing her to perform orally until he was finished, the probable cause alleges.

The third incident occurred in wintertime in which the survivor told police that Koslov started touching her chest. She said “no.” Koslov began forcefully pulling her shirt up. She reported using all her strength to get away from Koslov. Koslov forced his hands under her shirt and started kissing her. She asked Koslov not to touch her, investigators said.
The fourth incident occured in April 2024. Koslov and the victim were watching a movie, sitting with their backs on the wall. Koslov forced himself upon her and then inside of her.
“Please don’t do this to me, ” She pleaded with him but that didn’t stop him
The fifth incident occurred in July of 2024. Koslov had asked the survivor to clean his apartment. She felt duty bound to help him, in light of his refugee status. She wanted to clean while he wasn’t at the apartment, but he did return, she told police. Once again, he allegedly, forced himself upon and inside of her while she cried just wanting to rape to be over, she told police.
Koslov posted bail, 10 percent of $250,000, after he was processed. He was set free with a pending court date of June 23. He has no attorney of record, according to online court records, as of publication time.
