More Drugging, Rape Charges Filed Against Levittown Man as Victims Come Forward

The Levittown man accused of drugging and raping five woman waved his right to a preliminary hearing Monday after the District Attorney’s office amended its original complaint adding six more victims who have come forward telling their stories to authorities.

Arthur Gallo, 40, of Copper Beech Lane, Bristol Township, appeared at the Criminal Justice Center on Monday, Nov. 25, 2024, for a preliminary hearing held before Magisterial District Judge Terrence Hughes. Gallo waived all charges to Common Pleas Court.

Gallo has been in the Bucks County Correctional Facility since his arrest in September. Before the start of the hearing, Chief Deputy District Attorney Kristin M. McElroy amended the criminal complaint to include the new set of charges. In the addendum, Gallo is charged with drugging six additional victims and raping five of them.

In September  District Attorney Jennifer Schorn  announced Gallo’s arrest for allegedly drugging at least six women he met on a dating site and sexually assaulting them while they were impaired.

Gallo now faces 10 counts of rape by causing impairment, 12 counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, eight counts of strangulation, five counts of selling or furnishing liquor or malt or brewed beverage to minors, and one count of corruption of minors.

This investigation is ongoing, and the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office and the Bristol Township Police Department are asking any additional victims to please come forward so that we can help them get justice.

“I applaud the victims for having the strength to come forward and putting their trust in the process,” District Attorney Jennifer Schorn said. “I also want to thank the media. Without their efforts, we may not have identified these additional victims.”

The new charges show Gallo used other dating sites, in addition to sugradaddymeet.com, to meet the women. The victims in the new charges range in age from 18 to 35, and their victimizations happened between June 2018 and June 2024. The women reported going on dates after meeting Gallo on the dating sites. The dates would happen at Gallo’s house, where he would make them drinks that he spiked with a controlled substance. The victims described feeling strange and “out of it” almost immediately after having his drinks.

The victims reported side effects from the drugs that including being unable to sleep and hallucinating. Most of them sought medical treatment after their encounters with Gallo. Detectives reviewed their lab tests, which showed they had methamphetamines or amphetamines in their system.

Before his arrest, investigators served a search warrant at Gallo’s home, recovering a bottle of tequila that tested positive for methamphetamine.

A forensic review of Gallo’s online search history revealed that he had searched pornography involving drugged women.  This case is being investigated by Bucks County Detectives and the Bristol Township Police Department.

Hughes scheduled Gallo’s  formal arraignment for Dec. 27.
