Police Investigating Gunshots Heard in Bristol Township

Bristol Township Police are investigating a shooting with injuries that happened Tuesday night.

Police said, an anonymous female called 911 on Tuesday, May 7, at 10:42 p.m. and reported a female gunshot victim in the area of Norton Ave and Ellwood Ave, in Bristol Township.

Officers arrived at 10:45 p.m. and located the 33-year-old victim. Police provided immediate care until Levittown-Fairless Rescue Squad arrived and took over her care. She was transported to St. Mary’s Medical Center for treatment. She is in stable condition, said police.

As of this time, no arrest has been made. The investigation is ongoing.   Those with information are asked to contact Det. Jennings at 267-812-3043.
