Police Say Three Suspects Taken into Custody, Charges Pending in Croydon House Crash

Bristol Township Police confirmed the reporting by Lower Bucks Source published Wednesday on the Cadillac Escalade crash into a Croydon home. 

Police said in a Thursday morning press release, on  Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at approximately 10:44 a.m.  officers from the Bristol Township Police Department were dispatched for the report of a vehicle crashing into an occupied residence at 701 First Ave. 

While officers were enroute additional information was provided that three occupants of the vehicle fled the scene on foot, said Lt Mark Titus.

Upon police arrival, a 2015 black Cadillac Escalade was observed partially inside of the living room of the residential home.  No injuries were reported by the three occupants of the residence, who were now outside, Titus said. 

Bristol Township Police, with the assistance of Bensalem Township Police, searched the area for the subjects that fled from the vehicle.  Officers were able to locate the three subjects a short time later and they were taken into custody without incident.

Charges are pending, police said, as of Thursday morning. 

Bristol Township Fire Department responded to the scene to assist and evaluate the structural damage. 

Fire Marshal Kevin Dippolito said the home was stabilized so the family could stay in the home safely.
